THE FIRM

Rezende Law, P.C. is an international law firm with offices in New York City and in Belo Horizonte - Brazil. Our lawyers and professional staff, as well as those we associate with throughout the world, have a wealth of practical experience and knowledge of business immigration, individual immigration, and worldwide legal systems. This is essential to overcome limitations of cross-cultural knowledge and understanding and to efficiently present your case to the government.

In the U.S., we focus on employment-based green cards and visas, investor green cards and visas, I-9 audits, change or extension of visa status, deportation defense, family-based green cards, VAWA petitions, naturalization, consular processing, waivers of inadmissibility, and asylum.

In Brazil, we focus on cross-border transactions, foreign investments, real estate transactions, recognition of foreign marriages and divorces, foreign inheritances, pensions, and tax obligations.

We are here to provide you with clear advice and a map to the future. Whatever your case, concern, or doubt about immigration matters, we will advise you about your rights, help you make informed decisions, and fight for you in immigration agencies and in court if necessary.
